Rule IDs that have been disabled via the UI.

engine: AnalysisOptions

Engine-pass toggles (constraint solving, abstract interpretation, symex pipeline, parse timeout). Exposed as [analysis.engine] in TOML; see crate::utils::AnalysisOptions.
