Struct UniqueIdentifier 

pub struct UniqueIdentifier(pub Vec<u8>);

NTS Unique Identifier extension field (RFC 8915 Section 5.3).

Contains random data for replay protection at the NTS level. The client generates this value and the server echoes it back.
