Struct ntfs::NtfsIndexFinder

Helper structure to efficiently find an entry in an index, created by NtfsIndex::finder.

This helper is required, because the returned entry borrows from the iterator it was created from. The idea is that you copy the field(s) you need from the returned entry and then drop the entry and the finder.
