The typed module. Partially populated when errors were reported; only meaningful for codegen when diagnostics has no errors.

diagnostics: Vec<Diagnostic>

probe: ProbeResult

What the probe found: empty unless check_with was given one.

index: Option<Index>

What the index recorded: None unless CheckOptions::index.
