Row id in the embeddings table.

source_type: String

Source type tag (“symbol”, “doc”, …).

source_path: String

Relative file path.

source_id: Option<i64>

FK into symbols table (if a symbol chunk).

similarity: f32

Cosine similarity before re-ranking.

staleness: f32

Staleness score stored at index time.

score: f32

Final score after staleness penalty.

chunk_text: String

The chunk text that was embedded.

last_commit: Option<String>

Git commit SHA when this chunk was last embedded.
