Module resolver for JavaScript (ESM and CJS).

Handles:

  • Relative imports (./, ../) — resolves .js, .mjs, /index.js
  • package.json name field and jsconfig.json baseUrl
  • Returns NotFound for node_modules (bare specifiers without ./)
