An axis-aligned bounding box in WGS-84 coordinates.

Anti-meridian convention: When min_lng > max_lng, the bbox wraps across the ±180° date line. For example, a geometry spanning 170°E to 170°W has min_lng = 170.0, max_lng = -170.0.
