True if the data is about own vessel, false if about other.

§station: Station

AIS station type.

§mmsi: u32

User ID (30 bits)

§sequence_number: u8

User ID (2 bits)

§destination_mmsi: u32

User ID (30 bits)

§retransmit_flag: bool

Retransmit flag

§dac: u16

Designated area code, DAC (10 bits)

§fid: u8

Functional ID, FID (6 bits)
