SRD-44 cursor-resume state. Stub for Push 1 (the resume machinery is independent of this SRD); future pushes populate it with the actual restart-cursor payload.

Fields

opaque: Vec<u8>

Opaque source-factory state to resume from. The concrete shape is owned by SRD-44’s checkpoint layer; SRD-76 just carries it through. Empty when no resume state is recorded.
