HandlerPanic

tools/call returned an error with data.unhandled = true — i.e. a panic / unhandled exception inside the microapp’s handler.

Subprocess exited with a non-zero exit code (or SIGSEGV / SIGTERM / etc).

CapabilityDenied

Microapp issued an admin-RPC call (nexo/admin/*) that it does not hold the capability for.
