Errors a plugin’s configure hook (Phase 93.2) can surface.

Three categories so a future cleanup pass (Phase 93.5, dropping typed cfg.plugins.X field readers) can grep the call sites mechanically:

• Self::SchemaValidation — operator YAML failed the manifest’s [plugin.config_schema] walker BEFORE the plugin was called. Host-emitted.
• Self::PluginRejected — plugin’s own runtime check returned Err (typed deserialise failed, secret env missing, external probe failed). Plugin-emitted.
• Self::SubprocessRpc — subprocess plugin failed to ack the plugin.configure JSON-RPC (transport, timeout, error reply).
