Gate disabled — flagged output is left as-is.

Advisory

Measure + warn only; never revert (non-destructive).

RevertOnce

Revert the flagged files; do not re-prompt.

RevertRetry

Revert the flagged files AND issue a corrective retry (today’s behavior).
