Struct MergeConfig

Controls how a project-local .newt/config.toml is merged over the global config. Tables always merge recursively (project keys win); this only governs array handling. See issue #222.

Example project .newt/config.toml:

[merge]
arrays = "append"     # add to the global lists instead of replacing them

[[mcp_servers]]
name = "project-fs"
command = "mcp-fs"
args = ["--root", "."]

Array-combination strategy. Default: ArrayMergeStrategy::Replace.
