Expand description

RTMP live server. Rust owns the handshake, chunking, AMF0 commands, the NetConnection and NetStream flow and the live relay from each publisher to its players (sequence headers and metadata cached, players joining at a keyframe, timestamps rebased per player); the handler admits connections, publishers and players and can push AMF0 data messages into a stream.

Re-exports§

pub use crate::utils::task_guard::AbortOnDrop;

Modules§

actions
amf0
AMF0 (Adobe AMF0 specification) to and from JSON, as RTMP command and data messages use it. Numbers are f64; objects and ECMA arrays become JSON objects (key order kept); strict arrays become arrays; null and undefined become null; dates become {“date”: ms}.
chunk
RTMP handshake and chunk stream (Adobe RTMP 1.0 §5.2–5.4): the simple version-3 handshake, chunk basic and message headers in all four formats with extended timestamps, message reassembly per chunk stream, and a chunk writer.
