Expand description

Wrap a DDM object (or concatenation of them) in a DSS envelope.

  • dss_type — one of DSSFMT_RQSDSS / DSSFMT_RPYDSS / DSSFMT_OBJDSS.
  • chained — set the “chained, same correlator” flags (0x40 | 0x10) so the peer expects another DSS with the same correlator to follow.
