Modify Bearer Request (GTPv2 §7.2.7) or Update PDP Context Request (GTPv1 §7.3.3), addressed to the peer’s control TEID. It tells the peer where this node’s end of the user plane is: on S11 as the eNodeB’s S1-U F-TEID, on S5 as the SGW’s S5/S8-U F-TEID.
