Expand description

Failure to interpret one raw transport-parameter value as an RFC 9000 payload layout.

Offsets in preferred-address errors are relative to the parameter value, not to an enclosing extension payload.

Variants§

§

WrongId

The accessor does not apply to this parameter ID.

Fields

§kind: QuicTransportParameterValueKind

Requested payload layout.

§actual: QuicTransportParameterId

Actual decoded parameter ID.

§

MalformedInteger

The integer payload is empty or ends before its encoded width.

Fields

§error: QuicVarIntParseError

Exact variable-integer parsing failure.

§

TrailingIntegerBytes

Bytes follow an otherwise complete integer payload.

Fields

§parsed: usize

Encoded integer length.

§available: usize

Complete payload length.

§

WrongLength

A fixed-size payload has the wrong length.

Fields

§kind: QuicTransportParameterValueKind

Requested payload layout.

§expected: usize

Required exact length.

§actual: usize

Actual payload length.

§

ConnectionIdTooLong

A connection-ID payload exceeds RFC 9000’s version-1 bound.

Fields

§maximum: usize

Maximum permitted length.

§actual: usize

Actual payload length.

§

PreferredAddressConnectionIdLength

The preferred-address connection-ID length is outside 1..=20.

Fields

§actual: u8

Encoded connection-ID length.

§

PreferredAddressIncomplete

A preferred-address field is incomplete.

Fields

§offset: usize

Value-relative start offset of the incomplete field.

§required: usize

Total value bytes required through this field.

§available: usize

Available value bytes.

§

PreferredAddressTrailingBytes

Bytes follow the complete preferred-address payload.

Fields

§offset: usize

Value-relative offset of the first extra byte.

§available: usize

Number of extra bytes.
