Describes a file on disk.

This is set up for 8.3 filenames on MS-DOS FAT32 partitions currently.

Fields

file_size: u64

How big is this file

ctime: Time

When was the file created

mtime: Time

When was the last modified

attr: Attributes

File attributes (Directory, Volume, etc)
