The listbox flags
- NONE: No flags. Equivalent to a invisible listbox.
- VISIBLE: The listbox is immediatly visible after creation
- DISABLED: The listbox cannot be interacted with by the user. It also has a grayed out look.
- MULTI_SELECT: It is possible for the user to select more than 1 item at a time
- NO_SELECT: It is impossible for the user to select the listbox items
- TAB_STOP: The control can be selected using tab navigation
