一个 slot 相对字面量头的位置。Pre+字面量+Post 程序编成 (?:..)?lit(?:..)?,使字面量头 两侧的可选修饰可表达。

注:#[derive(Slots)](区块序列模型,字面量是一等区块、按声明序穿插)只产出 Whole 槽; Pre/Post 仅供手搓 Matcher::slots(vec![..]) 时表达「单字面量头两侧的修饰」。日常派生用不到。
