The test card a V2IP sink draws on its output, as it last reported it.

A sink reports it only when asked, with Remote::request_v2ip_testcard or in answer to a change. The counters run free and wrap.

The pattern.

The colour of a FLAT pattern, 0xRRGGBB.

tone: V2ipTestTone

The tone.

sync: V2ipTestSync

The lip-sync flash.

Pattern frames sent.

periods: u32

Sample periods since the tone started.

marks: u32

Lip-sync marks the tone has seen.
