pub struct Error { /* private fields */ }Available on crate feature
ws only.Expand description
The error produced by the server side of the websocket protocol
Implementations§
Source§impl Error
impl Error
Sourcepub fn is_incompatible(&self) -> bool
pub fn is_incompatible(&self) -> bool
Test if the connection was refused because the client states an application version other than the one this server states.
This is what Connect::connect fails with for a client built against
a different version of the application’s API, see
Connect::app_version. It is the client which is out of date (or the
server), not the connection which is broken, so it is usually worth
logging at a lower level than other errors.
