What a context call reads beyond the graph.

Off by default, because a body is the expensive half of the answer and
rarely the half that decides anything: a caller reading a digest wants
to know where the thing is, what it looks like and what touches it, and
can open the file itself once it has the pointer. On, the report carries
ContextReport::source as before.
