CREATE (a:L {id: 'x', ...})[-[:T]->(b:L2 {id: 'y', ...})] [RETURN …]
nodes is in encounter order. edges reference node vars that appear in
nodes. Each node must have a string-valued id property (used as key).
returns, when Some, projects the created bindings as a read result.
The write and the projection are committed as a single WAL batch frame.
