用户自定义双拼方案的键位表（共享偏好 shuangpin_custom_profile）。三张表与内置方案同构：initials 只写三个多字母声母 zh ch sh，单字母声母仍在自己的字母键上；finals 把 33 个韵母各放到一个键上；zero_initials 给 12 个零声母音节各一个两键编码。键是小写字母或 ;，ü 写作 v。表合不合法由 Engine 判定（见 shuangpin::custom），顺序无关。
