EventKind

Enum EventKind

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum EventKind { WarmDone, WarmFailed, Change, Overflow, Closing, ConnectionLost, }
Expand description

Kind of an event. New kinds can be added, so a match needs a wildcard arm.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

WarmDone

A warm request finished. ref_id is the warm id.

§

WarmFailed

A warm request failed. error says why and path names the file.

§

Change

A watched path changed. ref_id is the watch id and change says how.

§

Overflow

Events were dropped. ref_id is the watch id, or 0 when the loss is not tied to one watch. A local queue that overflowed also produces this event.

§

Closing

The server is about to close the connection, for example on unmount.

§

ConnectionLost

A connection ended without a Closing notice or a local close. error says why. This event is local, the server does not send it.
