Why a CONNECT is being refused.

Named rather than numeric so callers need no HTTP crate of their own, and so this stays a contract of moq-uring’s rather than of whichever http version it happens to build against.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Unauthorized

The peer is not allowed here (401).

Forbidden

The peer is known and still not allowed here (403).

NotFound

Nothing is served at the requested path (404).

BadRequest

The request was malformed (400).

Unavailable

The server cannot take it right now (503).
