A credential a moq-transport peer presented in its SETUP’s AUTHORIZATION TOKEN option.

The transport never reads the bytes; verifying them is the application’s job.

kind: u64

The wire Token Type, naming how value is encoded.

value: Vec<u8>

The token itself.
