Plaintext-TCP qmux listener settings (no TLS, no UDP).

Flattened onto crate::ServerConfig::tcp. TCP carries no peer identity, so the listener must only be reachable from trusted clients. Bind it to loopback or a private interface; a non-loopback bind logs a warning but is allowed.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
