DateTimeSource

Enum DateTimeSource

Source
pub enum DateTimeSource {
    System,
    CallHost,
    Fixed {
        unix_seconds: i64,
        microsecond: u32,
    },
}
Expand description

Where the clock calls read the instant.

Variants§

§

System

The process’s own clock.

§

CallHost

Suspend to the host, which answers each call.

§

Fixed

Every call reads this instant. Years outside 1..=9999 raise OverflowError.

Fields

§unix_seconds: i64

Seconds since the Unix epoch, UTC.

§microsecond: u32

Sub-second component, 0..=999_999. Anything larger raises.

Implementations§

Source§

impl DateTimeSource

Source

pub fn read(self) -> Option<NaiveDateTime>

Reads the instant in UTC. Returns None for CallHost or a Fixed instant Python’s datetime cannot represent.
