Handler that runs an async body with abortable cancellation.

M5.4: body is returned as LinkedToolExecutionHandle::drive and polled on the caller’s task (the supervised ToolWorker dispatch path). No ambient tokio::spawn. Cancel via ToolKillHandle::cancel_only.
