Separates terminal event data from terminal-event delivery and cleanup.

Fields

end: TransactionEndEvent

Terminal event body (also published on the event stream when possible).

terminal_event_delivery: TerminalEventDelivery

Result of the terminal event enqueue attempt, or TerminalEventDelivery::NotAttempted when Seal / Ended was never issued.

cleanup: CleanupStatus

Whether owned cleanup is complete.
