pub enum ReplayMergeError {
Git(GitFailure),
Encoding(String),
Rebuild(String),
}Expand description
What:
A merge or rebuild failure:
a Git command failed, its output was not UTF-8, or the commit could not be rebuilt.
Why:
Replay reports each as transaction-failed, never as a conflict.
In TS you’d write (pseudocode):
throw new CommitTransactionGitError(message);Variants§
Git(GitFailure)
A Git command failed, or merge-tree exited above 1.
Encoding(String)
The output was not UTF-8 text, so a conflicted path cannot be read as the incumbent reads it.
Rebuild(String)
The prepared commit could not be rebuilt.
