pub local_ref: String,
pub local_oid: String,
pub remote_name: String,
pub remote_location: String,
pub remote_ref: String,
pub advertised_remote_oid: String,
}Expand description
What: One update record a hook capture holds, before remote confirmation. Why: The advertised remote object is Git’s negotiated value; the confirmation must agree with it.
In TS you’d write (pseudocode):
type ProbedPushUpdate = { localRef; localOid; remoteName; remoteLocation; remoteRef; advertisedRemoteOid };Fields§
§local_ref: StringLocal ref Git pushes from.
local_oid: StringLocal object name, all zeros for a deletion.
remote_name: StringDestination remote name, as Git passed it to the hook.
remote_location: StringDestination location, as Git passed it to the hook.
remote_ref: StringDestination ref Git updates.
advertised_remote_oid: StringDestination object Git negotiated, all zeros when the ref is new.
