What:
The environment the dispatched Git sees: the caller’s variables with the plan’s three overrides.
Why:
The incumbent’s dispatcher restores GIT_CONFIG_PARAMETERS (or removes it), exports the worktree root
and the preparation lease; nothing else changes.
