Diagnostics view of one active pin source (S1C-004): the oldest epoch it holds, when the oldest of its pins was taken, and how many pins are live. held_since is None for projected sources (PinSource::TransactionSnapshot and PinSource::HistoryRetention) whose epochs come from the SnapshotRegistry rather than from registered PinGuards.
