Manifest-listed files whose size and SHA-256 were re-verified.

files_ok: usize

Files whose checksum matched the manifest.

bytes_checked: u64

Total bytes re-hashed.

catalog_loaded: bool

The catalog decoded. false for encrypted trees validated without the database passphrase (recorded as an issue, not a failure).

manifest_consistent: bool

Manifest structure, file hashes, and the manifest/file-set equality all held.

issues: Vec<String>

Non-fatal findings.
