One mutation. Put.rows is a self-describing Arrow IPC stream (or, for tiny single-row writes, a compact row batch — both are opaque bytes to the WAL). txn_id groups records into a transaction; the group is sealed by a Op::TxnCommit carrying the same txn_id.
