Quality tiers from cheapest to richest.

The order is the control axis: AdaptiveQuality steps one tier at a time, so a tier carries no meaning beyond its position in this list.

Variants

Minimal

Lowest cost: coarsest surface grids, narrowest sample budgets.

Reduced

Below the standard tier; still progressive, never below one sample.

Standard

The default interactive tier, and the tier every non-adaptive presentation holds.

High

Full sample budgets for converged interactive output.
