#[non_exhaustive]pub enum AltlocPolicy {
KeepAll,
ConformerConsistent,
Label(Box<str>),
First,
HighestOccupancyPerResidue,
HighestOccupancyPerAtom,
}Expand description
How to resolve alternate conformations.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
KeepAll
Every alternate location stays visible. The right default for reading.
ConformerConsistent
One self-consistent label per region. The right default for analysis.
Label(Box<str>)
One named label.
First
The first label listed.
HighestOccupancyPerResidue
The highest-occupancy conformation of each residue.
HighestOccupancyPerAtom
The highest-occupancy atom, one atom at a time.
This can take side-chain atoms from two different conformations of the same residue and produce a geometry that was never modelled. It is available, it is never a default, and choosing it is recorded.
