Expand description

A missing or invalid value that prevents canonical output.

Variants§

§

MissingBlockId

Neither _entry.id nor an explicit block identifier is available.

§

InvalidBlockId(String)

The explicit or stored data-block identifier is not a bare CIF token.

§

MissingModelNumber

A model lacks its deposited model number.

Fields

§model: u32

Zero-based model position.

§

ModelIndexOverflow

A model position exceeds the core model-index representation.

Fields

§model: usize

Zero-based model position.

§

AtomRowCountOverflow

The total number of atom-site rows exceeds the platform index space.

§

MissingAtomField

A required atom-site item is unavailable.

Fields

§atom: u32

Zero-based atom position.

§field: &'static str

Dictionary item name without the category prefix.

§

MissingAtomSiteId

An atom-site identifier is zero, which records an absent source value.

Fields

§atom: u32

Zero-based atom position.

§

InvalidBondAtom

A bond points outside the atom table.

Fields

§bond: usize

Zero-based bond position.

§atom: u32

Referenced zero-based atom position.

§

MissingBondField

A bond endpoint cannot be represented by label identifiers.

Fields

§bond: usize

Zero-based bond position.

§endpoint: u8

One-based endpoint number.

§field: &'static str

Dictionary item name without the category prefix.

§

ConnectionIdsNotEnabled

Connectivity needs identifiers that the lowered graph does not retain.

§

MissingSecondaryField

A secondary range endpoint lacks a required label identifier.

Fields

§residue: u32

Zero-based residue position.

§field: &'static str

Missing dictionary item.

§

AmbiguousSecondaryIdentity

Secondary label identities are not unique in the projected topology.

Fields

§residue: u32

Zero-based residue position.

§

ModelSpecificSecondary

Global secondary categories cannot encode independent model annotations.
