Expand description

Error type for compute operations.

Variants§

§

MissingBlock

Required block not found in Frame.

Fields

§name: &'static str
§

MissingColumn

Required column not found in a block.

Fields

§block: &'static str
§col: &'static str
§

MissingSimBox

Frame has no SimBox but the compute requires one.

§

DimensionMismatch

Array dimensions do not match expectations.

Fields

§expected: usize
§got: usize
§what: &'static str
§

BadShape

A composite value has the wrong shape (e.g. ragged matrix).

Fields

§expected: String
§

NonFinite

Non-finite value (NaN / ±Inf) at the given flat index of the named field.

Fields

§where_: &'static str
§index: usize
§

OutOfRange

Scalar input out of its valid range.

Fields

§field: &'static str
§value: String
§

EmptyInput

frames slice is empty but the compute needs at least one frame.

§

CyclicDependency

Graph DAG contains a cycle involving these nodes.

Fields

§nodes: Vec<NodeId>
§

MissingInput

Inputs did not bind a value for this input slot.

Fields

§slot: NodeId
§

TypeMismatch

Value stored at a slot has a different type than the accessor expects.

Fields

§slot: NodeId
§expected: &'static str
§got: &'static str
§

Node

A compute node failed; source carries the original error, node_id identifies which node in the Graph raised it.

Fields

§node_id: NodeId
§

MolRs(MolRsError)
