TaskWrapper

Struct TaskWrapper

Source
pub struct TaskWrapper<T> { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Task wrapper for object pooling.

This wrapper allows tasks to be reset and reused, reducing allocation overhead.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<T> TaskWrapper<T>

Source

pub fn new() -> Self

Create a new task wrapper.

Source

pub fn init(&mut self, task: T, task_id: TaskId, priority: Priority)

Initialize the wrapper with a task.

Source

pub fn reset(&mut self)

Reset the wrapper for reuse.

Source

pub fn take(&mut self) -> Option<T>

Take the inner task.

Source

pub fn task_id(&self) -> Option<TaskId>

Get the task ID.

Source

pub fn priority(&self) -> Priority

Get the priority.

Source

pub fn age(&self) -> Duration

Get the age of this wrapper.

Source

pub fn reset_count(&self) -> usize

Get the number of times this wrapper has been reset.
