Request context for prompt template expansion

This is a duplicate of mockforge_core::ai_response::RequestContext to avoid depending on mockforge-core which has rng() in scope.

HTTP method (GET, POST, etc.)

Request path

path_params: HashMap<String, Value>

Path parameters

query_params: HashMap<String, Value>

Query parameters

headers: HashMap<String, Value>

Request headers

body: Option<Value>

Request body (if JSON)
