This is the inverse of filter_operations - it returns all operations EXCEPT those matching the exclusion patterns.

Get the base URL from the spec (if available)

pub fn get_base_path(&self) -> Option<String>

Extract the base path from the spec’s servers URL

This parses the first server URL and extracts the path component. For example:

• “https://api.example.com/api/v1” -> Some(“/api/v1”)
• “https://api.example.com” -> None
• “/api/v1” -> Some(“/api/v1”)

Returns None if there are no servers or the path is just “/”.
