Capabilities

Struct Capabilities

Source
pub struct Capabilities(pub u32);
Expand description

What an agent implements, advertised in its hello as a u32 bitmask. The host refuses a request whose method needs a capability the agent did not advertise (crate::message::Method::required_capability).

Tuple Fields§

§0: u32

Implementations§

Source§

impl Capabilities

Source

pub const EMPTY: Capabilities

No bit set.

Source

pub const TREE: Capabilities

Tree reads: snapshot.

Source

pub const INPUT: Capabilities

Input injection: tap, swipe, key.

Source

pub const SCREENSHOT: Capabilities

Screenshots: screenshot.

Source

pub const FRAMES: Capabilities

Frame streaming: frames_start, frames_stop.

Source

pub const EVENTS: Capabilities

Change events on the tree, window and lifecycle streams, and resync.

Source

pub const TEXT_SET: Capabilities

Direct text setting: text_set.

Source

pub const BOUNDS: Capabilities

Nodes’ bounds read again past the platform’s node cache: bounds.

Source

pub const fn contains(self, other: Capabilities) -> bool

Whether every bit of other is set in self.

Source

pub const fn is_empty(self) -> bool

Whether no bit is set.

Source

pub fn names(self) -> impl Iterator<Item = &'static str>

The names of the bits set in self that this protocol version defines, lowest bit first.

Source§

impl Capabilities

Source

pub const NONE: Capabilities = Capabilities::EMPTY

The empty set.

Source

pub fn label(self) -> String

A human description of the capabilities in self, such as frame streaming, for error messages.
