#[non_exhaustive]pub enum MergeStrategy {
Replace,
TopLevelMerge,
DeepMerge,
}Expand description
How Writer::insert_merged combines a new value with the
value already covering a network.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Replace
Replace the existing value entirely (identical to
insert). Default.
TopLevelMerge
Merge the top level of two maps: the union of keys, with the new value winning on
conflicts. See Value::merge_top_level.
DeepMerge
Recursively merge nested maps and concatenate arrays. See
Value::merge_deep.
