Variants

NotRegistered(String)

No WorkerFn is registered for the requested agent name.

RejectedByMiddleware(String)

A middleware layer vetoed the spawn (e.g. capability check, rate limit, policy gate).

Internal(String)

Any other setup failure (e.g. fetch_prompt failed).
