Variants

Warn

Observational only (today’s only enforced behavior, regardless of which variant is declared): degradations are persisted to RunRecord.degradations and surfaced via mse_doctor / GET /v1/runs/:id, but never change the Run’s outcome.

Fail

Declares intent to terminate the Run on any reported degradation. Not yet enforced by the engine — schema-only until the follow-up lands.
