Warn

Use the upstream checkout, leave the patch alone, and report a warning naming both commits (Cargo [patch] behaviour). Default.

Error

Fail install with PkgError::PatchDrift so a stale patch can never be silently bypassed (pnpm / Yarn behaviour).
